Here at Pop-up Opera we love exploring new places, so we were delighted when this beautiful wedding venue in the depths of Dartmoor, complete with gorgeous gardens, chose to host us for our Summer production this year. The perfect mix of indoor/outdoor space, you'll almost feel like this is an open-air performance, with the added benefit of being weather proof! What's more, for £45 per person (including the opera ticket) you can indulge in a luxury picnic basket created by Dartmoor Inn, to make your summer opera evening complete!

Performance Wednesday 6th July, 7.30pm

Garden open from 6:30pm for picnics, there will be an interval of 20mins during which refreshments will be available. Total running time (including interval) approx 2hr 30min.

Tickets £20 per person for opera only, £10 for under 16's and are available to buy online here.

There is also the option to treat yourself to a luxury picnic basket provided by Dartmoor Inn, costing £45 per person, including your opera ticket! Also available online.

Lower Grenofen, Dartmoor

Hidden in the wooded heart of an enchanting valley near Tavistock and surrounded by Dartmoor National Park, this Devon long house, with its stone barns and workers' cottage was originally the working farm for the Georgian Grenofen House estate. It was later used by a mine captain as his residence when the estate was part of a tin mine in the Victorian era. Ever After is now a stylish summer wedding venue with natural elegance and sublimely scenic surrounds. Featuring contemporary outdoor oak-framed rooms with glass roofs and a bespoke marquee the venue has extensive landscaped gardens on the banks of the river Walkham leading into Grenofen Woods.
