Venue Information

The Good Ship Verda

An amazing and totally unique venue, the Good Ship Verda is a houseboat created from scrap metal, including a bus, car and parts of a fighter plane welded into the ceiling. The audience are seated in the ‘bus’ part of the boat, which seats about 60. This is one of our favourite places to perform as the audience are the most friendly relaxed bunch we have ever met, and laughed, cried and cheered the whole way through.

Facilities at this venue include:

  • Tea and coffee
  • Cakes
  • Bar
  • Toilet
