Oliver Brignall is both a singer and a composer from London. He read music at Canterbury Christchurch University and is currently a PhD composition student at Brunel University. He was a 2013 Britten-Pears young artist at Aldeburgh. Recent projects include two pieces for Distractfold and a commission from the Riot Ensemble, which premiered in June 2015. Future plans include the premiere of his first opera Palace of Junk.
